Well, the repair that the contractors made to the trim on the front of the house didn't hold & I had to haul myself up the ladder to fix it again, before the rain moves back in tomorrow.
In the process, I found a new friend:
Don't worry, this is a before photo. The trim has been successfully secured to where it no longer protrudes beyond the roof panels, so there should be no leaks into the wall.
Now, to try to get the lil guy to move out of the lil home he's made so that I can seal that space back up with insulation, like it was before the contractors removed it.
